Vision Assist Team (V.A.T.)
The Vision Assist Team (VAT) is the vision that Drs. Mike and Dee Dee Freeman have to accommodate those partners who are willing to give of their time and talent, but have not officially finished the “Perfecting Class” and joined a Ministry of Helps (MOH). Every Christian has a place of service in the Kingdom of God. God is honored and the church is strengthened when each partner does his or her part. Each assignment requires a one year commitment.
The Vision Assist Team (VAT) has multiple areas where your service is needed, they include:
Administration – volunteers work during normal business hours assisting the day staff where needed. Duties may consist of preparing visitor’s packages, answering phones, assisting on the prayer line between the hours of 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., filing and data entry.
Saturday House Care – volunteers will be responsible for cleaning and preparing the church for Sunday services.
Special Events – volunteers will be assigned to “assist” the Special Events staff for one year. This area provides assistance for conferences, and all other pastoral events.
VAT-MOH – these volunteers are assigned to one of the following MOH areas, which include the following departments:
Audio
Bookstore
Helping Hands
Parking Lot
Photography
Special Events
Television/Video
TNT (Technology Network Team)
Ushers
